These Terms govern the relationship between the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant") and the company (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider" or "Us") in the context of using cryptocurrency invoicing services, as well as related offerings.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all associated policies.
1. Service
1.1. Provider supplies the service of the cryptocurrency invoicing and detection of cryptocurrency payments related to those invoices.
1.2. The Merchant is solely responsible for private keys of his cryptocurrency accounts and addresses. Provider has no private keys of Merchant's cryptocurrency addresses, thus Provider has no ability or opportunity to control funds which Merchant receives as a result of using invoicing service.
1.3. The Provider reserves the right to stop providing all services to Merchant without explanation if Merchant's actions poses a risk of legal or security violations.
1.4. Merchant has to register an account to use Provider's services.
1.5. Additional services such as Premium options are activated only after successful payment.
2. Acceptable use of services
2.1. The activities enlisted in the section 3 of this Terms are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
2.2. The Merchant bears full responsibility for all goods, content and money.
2.3. The Services are intended solely for Merchants who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the Services by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and in violation of this Terms. By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
3. Prohibited activity
3.1. Illegal or prohibited sexual content and goods. Examples: any form of child pornography (including lolicon, shotacon and other similar genres), incest, animal pornography, necrophilia, violence or sexual coercion (including violence and rape), extreme violence or dismemberment (guro), and any sites with models who look under 18 years of age. This also includes any content and goods depicting or condoning sexual acts with minors, animals or dead bodies, as well as links to such sites.
3.2. Narcotics, drugs, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, and psychotropic substances. Examples: spice, smoking mixtures, other narcotic and psychotropic substances and precursors for their manufacture.
3.3. Malware. Examples: The use, distribution or promotion of viruses, exploits, botnets, phishing schemes, spyware, ransomware, and any redirects to sites containing such malware.
3.4. Online crimes. Examples: DDoS attacks, botnets, mailing spam or mass unsolicited communications.
3.5. Any content and goods that promotes or glorifies illegal activities.
3.6. Fraudulent goods or services. Example: scams, fake services.
3.7. Hate speech and extremism.
3.8. Other criminal goods and services. Examples: weapons and explosives, counterfeit items, stolen property, human trafficking.
4. Subscription and renewal
4.1. Premium options are canceled upon expiration if not renewed. The Provider is not obliged to send payment reminders.
5. Liability
5.1. The Merchant assumes full responsibility for any content and goods selling with the Provider's service.
5.2. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from service suspension caused by policy violations or abuse.
5.3. All actions performed through the service are considered to be initiated by the Merchant.
6. Final provisions
6.1. By ordering and using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
6.2. The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page.
